Jamey Johnson tour 2026 announced: Jamey Johnson will start a tour later this year with BlackBerry Smoke. Ella Langley and Megan Maroney are the opening acts of the 19-day tour, which will start on August 12 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Johnson's 2008 album, that Lonesome Song, was platinum certified for one million sold copies, and her 2010 double album, the Guitar Song, was gold certified. He has won two Song of the Year Awards for "give it away" and "in Color," both of the ACM and CMA. In 2012, the Alabama native released the Grammy-nominated Living for a Song: A Tribute to Hank Cochran, where he worked with Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss, Emmylou Harris, Ray Price, Elvis Costello, George Strait, Vince Gill and Merle Haggard. He also won two Song of the Year trophies, for "give it away" and "in Color", both from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. He has received enormous praise from the New York Times, Rolling Stone, the Wall Street Journal and other publications, many of which have praised his albums as masterpieces. Jamey Johnson 2026 tickets will be sold on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10 AM. Until April 28, a limited number of early general admission tickets for $21 are available, while stocks last.
